By Mail | Send your check to PO Box 2069, Tallahassee, FL 32316. Make all checks payable to Generations Church.
In Person | During Sunday services you may place your contribution in the offering. You may also use the dropbox located in the Worship Center foyer. Giving envelopes are provided for your convenience.
Guest Services I Swipe any authorized bankcard at our iPad kiosk located at Guest Services in the Worship Center foyer.
Text-To-Give I Create a new text message to 833-814-7481 and put the amount you would like to give in the message. The first time you will be guided through a set up process (as long as your phone and service provider are compatible).
GIVING FAQ’S
What is considered a "recurring" gift?
A recurring gift is a gift that is created by the giver to occur automatically on a set schedule (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.) using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. This can be set up, adjusted, or cancelled at any time by the giver to best fit their needs.
When giving online our system automatically selects “Set Up Recurring” as the gift type so make sure you select “Give One Time” if you do not want to set up a recurring payment.
Can I set up a recurring payment for Tithes and Offering and give to Missions/Faith Promises?
You are welcome to set up recurring gifts towards both tithes/offerings and missions, however, they will need to be set up separately.
Can I give my Tithes and Offering and to another budget like Missions/Faith Promises, all in one transaction?
No, all split transactions will need to be set up separately. The reason for this is that these categories are separate entities on our giving platform. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the church office.
What about fees?
When giving online you will have the option to cover the cost of online giving fees. Please know that covering the cost of online giving fees is completely up to the donor and not expected by Generations Church. If you would like to help us out by cutting the cost of fees, we recommend giving using the ACH method over Debit/Credit card fees. You can set up giving by ACH using your bank account, it’s safe and easy using our online giving platform.
Can I give towards a specific fund/church budget that is not listed on the drop down menu?
Yes! For this reason, we created an option that reads "Other- Please specify." By entering the name and/or cause in the memo, you can notify us of a specific fund you would like to give too. If you would like to give towards a specific GC ministry like GC Kids or GC Youth you can do so by selecting “Church Budget or Ministry” in the dropdown, please specify which church budget you are donating to by putting the name in the memo.
Can I purchase merchandise like GC Kids T-shirts using the online giving page?
Yes, just select the merchandise fund in the dropdown and put the appropriate ministry in the memo.
Can I pay for events and mission trips using the online giving page?
No, all NON-DEDUCTIBLE PAYMENTS for goods or services should be made by accessing the appropriate item on our EVENTS/SIGNUP page. https://gctlh.churchcenter.com/registrations/events. If you are donating towards another persons trip you CAN use our online giving platform, just select scholarship in the dropdown and specify the person in the memo.
How do I access my online giving account/statement?
If you have already set up an account, you can simply login using the following link https://pushpay.com/login. You can login using your number or email, just follow the prompts. If you have not previously created an account, please follow the steps below.
For new users/first time givers:
• Select the following link https://pushpay.com/g/generationschurchtlh, complete all fields and click Next.
• Enter your mobile number and click Send Code. Enter security code (delivered via text message) and tap Next.
• Complete all fields and click Next. Enter your payment details and click Next.
• Confirm all payment details and click Give.
• Look for an emailed receipt to confirm your email.
